Exceptional communication skills oral, written and on the phone, in person and via email.
Very detail oriented and organized
Ability to learn and follow direction
Willingness to perform a variety of office jobs
Excellent computer knowledge, Proficient in MS Work, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks
Energetic and self-motivated. Able to work independently.
Ability to multi-task and organize ongoing projects accurately.
Understanding of the construction industry helpful
Match materials to invoices.
Assist with recording Job Costing
Post cash receipts.
Follow up with customers, assist in setting up daily jobs
Answering phone and scheduling appointments
Scanning, filing faxing, document upload etc
Filing and other administrative functions
Desire for advancement and ability to learn and take on additional responsibilities
Understanding of standard accounting practices
Pleasant personality and ability to communicate well and interact with office staff
Assisting with daily operations of 2-3 person office staff
Dependable professional who has the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent customer communication skills.
